With the proliferation of internet culture and digital media, we live in a prosperous society with petabytes of  information at the tip of our fingers. Additionally, the way individuals, work groups, communities etc; Understand the concept of ‘communication’ has been completely revolutionised through  innovative api’s such as slack, skype and discord enabling users to communicate pivotal tasks, complete organisational objectives and satisfy clients/consumers  within minutes globally.
